1 Customer Support Relationship Management o Provide technical support guidance and troubleshooting for marking and coding machines o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular visits and communication o Identify and address customer pain points by recommending product improvements or new solutions o Conduct training sessions for customers on product usage and maintenance 2 Service Maintenance o Perform installation commissioning preventive maintenance and servicing of machines o Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests o Maintain customer records service reports and share insights with managers for service enhancement o Plan and execute Annual Maintenance Contracts AMC and schedule periodic maintenance visits 3 Technical Expertise Troubleshooting o Diagnose and resolve machine issues efficiently ensuring minimal downtime o Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and technological advancements o Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate technical support 4 Documentation Reporting o Prepare and submit detailed service reports including findings recommendations and resolutions o Maintain accurate logs of service activities and customer interactions o Provide market insights and competitor analysis reports to the management team 5 Travel On-Site Support o Willingness to travel as per company requirements for on-site service and support o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and spare parts availability Skills Competencies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of computers MS Office and internet usage Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently Multilingual skills preferred for better customer interaction Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
