We are looking for 3+ years experienced Inside Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Implementing and monitoring the performance of sales strategies
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relations
- Preparing and presenting detailed and accurate sales reports
- Addressing any customer queries and complaints through phone/visit
- Maintaining an updated record of all important customer information in the database
- Taking up any urgent requests or queries in a timely manner
- Providing Quotation to the partners & Maintaining their Database
- Managing Service Related issues/Closure with support from concerned service team
- Monitoring Client Accounts to ensure accuracy and Timelines of Projects.
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
- Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
- Arrange meetings with potential customers for new business
- Responsible for driving productivity for Enterprise Archival, Mailing and Communication.
- Providing after sales service support and coordination with the operation team for Improving customer satisfaction
- Develop positive working relationship with associates / consultants and partners to build Business
- Timely submission of MIS and all sales reports as required by HOD
