Key Activities (Critical activities of the job) 1. Develop and work on a comprehensive Business Development plan form ongoing lead generation. 2. Consistently meet and exceed targets on a month on month basis. 3. Be the first point of contact for new leads by Channel Partners or a direct client contact. 4. Conduct research on the client requirement to understand the property details in-depth for clarity in the feasibility study. 5. Conduct end to end documentation study and provide the same to the Due Diligence team for further scrutiny. 6. Follow up new and existing business opportunities and set up meetings to move the process ahead. 7. Proactively build and sustain relationships with targeted clients. 8. Locate potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities. 9. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts. 10. Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs. 11. Develop and sustain effective relations with clients and channel partners to ensure repeat / referral services. 12. Attend industry, social events to build relationships and identify new opportunities. 13. Prepare project feasibility report 14. Participate end to end in Tender process 15. Give presentation to society, coordinate with PMC and site visit Qualification: - Graduate in any discipline. Prior Experience: - 8-10 years’ experience in Business Development in real estate industry. - Experience of getting leads for all the resources, conducting meetings with society members & Building owners & acquisition workings. Expected Competencies/Personality Attributes: Ability to judge the project’s financial viability & profit, work under pressure and meet deadlines, Communication and people management skills, competitive, creative, influential, persuasive and self-confident.
