Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager based in Ahmedabad. Additionally, the role involves maintaining communication with clients, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions to enhance their business operations.

Qualifications

- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Experience in Account Management
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the IT industry is beneficial
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
