- Location: Indore/Pune/ Chennai/ Remote
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Description:

- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and CSM modules.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and validate solutions.
- Conduct end-to-end testing of ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, integrations, and custom applications.
- Ensure compliance with QA best practices and participate in release planning and defect management.
- Drive test automation initiatives where applicable within ServiceNow.
- Document defects clearly, track them to closure, and prepare detailed test reports and metrics.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful releases.
