Every creative output from our multimedia team embodies this conviction, telling the story of a company that protects not just systems, but the very progress of human enterprise. 3.0 Key Responsibilities - Design and produce visual assets for marketing and communication materials including presentations, brochures, digital campaigns, social media graphics, and corporate videos. - Create and adapt artwork in alignment with brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all media. - Work closely with the Multimedia Department Manager to develop creative assets for campaigns, events, and product storytelling. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into strong, clear visuals. - Edit and enhance short-form videos, animations, and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro when required. - Optimize design output for both digital and print formats. - Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and maintain a consistent standard of visual excellence. 4.0 Required Skills and Competencies Core Proficiency: - Adobe Illustrator - Adobe Photoshop - Canva Basic to Intermediate Skills: - Adobe After Effects - Adobe Premiere Pro - Strong understanding of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy. - Ability to conceptualize and deliver designs that communicate clearly in a B2B context. - High attention to detail, professional maturity, and reliable time management. - Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 5.0 Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/BBM) or in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline preferred. - 1–2 years of professional multimedia design experience overall. - 1–2 years of B2B design experience (any industry) preferred. - A strong design portfolio showcasing both static and motion work is required. 6.0 Working Style and Expectations - Works independently while maintaining collaborative communication with team members. - Responds to direction with a positive, solutions-oriented approach. - Demonstrates diligence, punctuality, and ownership of assigned deliverables. - Follows departmental protocols for file management and asset organization. 7.0 Compensation and Benefits We offer comprehensive benefits and competitive pay, along with opportunities for creative growth within a company that values purpose, innovation, and humanity.
