This position requires both artistic versatility and disciplined professionalism, with an emphasis on timely, high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment.2.0 About the CompanyAt Cross Identity, our mission is humanity-first cybersecurity to end cybercrime and build a future where security is foundational, not optional.Having spent over 20 years as system integrators, we witnessed an industry trend we could no longer ignore: vendors lazily selling market-pander tools that offer only baseline protection, never the quantum-leap innovations required to proactively defend against future threats.We founded Cross Identity on the knowledge, not belief, that customers deserve security-aligned, not market-aligned, cybersecurity products - solutions that dare to change the status quo and wake up the sleeping B2 B masses.Every creative output from our multimedia team embodies this conviction, telling the story of a company that protects not just systems, but the very progress of human enterprise.3.0 Key Responsibilities- Design and produce visual assets for marketing and communication materials including presentations, brochures, digital campaigns, social media graphics, and corporate videos.- Create and adapt artwork in alignment with brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all media.- Work closely with the Multimedia Department Manager to develop creative assets for campaigns, events, and product storytelling.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into strong, clear visuals.- Edit and enhance short-form videos, animations, and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro when required.- Optimize design output for both digital and print formats.- Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and maintain a consistent standard of visual excellence.4.0 Required Skills and CompetenciesCore Proficiency:- Adobe Illustrator- Adobe Photoshop- CanvaBasic to Intermediate Skills:- Adobe After Effects- Adobe Premiere Pro- Strong understanding of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.- Ability to conceptualize and deliver designs that communicate clearly in a B2 B context.- High attention to detail, professional maturity, and reliable time management.- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.5.0 Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/BBM) or in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline preferred.- 1–2 years of professional multimedia design experience overall.- 1–2 years of B2 B design experience (any industry) preferred.- A strong design portfolio showcasing both static and motion work is required.6.0 Working Style and Expectations- Works independently while maintaining collaborative communication with team members.- Responds to direction with a positive, solutions-oriented approach.- Demonstrates diligence, punctuality, and ownership of assigned deliverables.- Follows departmental protocols for file management and asset organization.7.0 Compensation and BenefitsWe offer comprehensive benefits and competitive pay, along with opportunities for creative growth within a company that values purpose, innovation, and humanity.
