Key Responsibilities: - Drive Salesforce development projects from requirements gathering to integration, ensuring compliance with standards and optimal technical solutions. - Utilize expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Experience, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and integration techniques to architect and implement robust Salesforce solutions. - Work closely with US-based teams and clients, mentor junior developers, and contribute as a proactive team member in a global, agile environment. - Manage all SDLC stages, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery of high-quality solutions and proactive client engagement. - Interface directly with clients to understand needs, address issues, and provide technical support, maintaining high standards of professionalism and service. - Demonstrate flexibility in work hours aligned with US Eastern Time and a commitment to staying updated with Salesforce trends and best practices. CRM background is essential.
