We move fast, we experiment constantly, and we hold our design quality to global standards. Who We're Looking For A graphic designer who thrives in chaos, not someone who hides behind their JD. This is a startup. That means you'll design, shoot, brainstorm, fix, retouch, rework, and figure things out as we go. If you're someone who needs a perfectly defined role, fixed hours, or endless hand-holding, this is not the place for you. If you're someone who wants to build something iconic, who learns fast, takes feedback, and moves faster, welcome. Your Responsibilities - Design social media creatives, ad assets, campaign visuals, and product collaterals that look like they belong to a premium international brand. - Adapt quickly between still and motion, be comfortable experimenting. - Collaborate with the content, video, and marketing teams to bring campaign concepts to life. - Be ready to pitch in wherever needed. At Awear, no one says, that's not my job. Required Skills - Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, and at least basic After Effects. - Great eye for typography, layout, and balance. - A strong sense of beauty and visual storytelling, you should feel when something looks off. - Fast learner, no ego, and takes feedback like a pro.
