Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and escort them to tables when required Present menus take food beverage orders and serve items accurately and promptly Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items ingredients allergens and special offerings Set up dining areas before service table setup polishing cutlery laying covers Ensure tables are clean well-arranged and properly reset after each use Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of service areas side stations and equipment Upsell food beverage items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue Handle guest requests and complaints professionally informing supervisors when needed Serve food according to hotel standards sequence of service portioning etiquette Assist in buffet setup replenishment and clearance Follow all safety sanitation and hygiene procedures Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow Process bills accurately and assist with clearing tables Support team members during peak hours and special events Skills Competencies Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of food beverage service Guest-oriented polite and presentable behavior Ability to multitask and work under pressure Positive attitude and teamwork Qualifications Experience Diploma Degree in Hotel Management preferred 0-2 years of F B service experience freshers can apply for steward trainee Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Paid time off Ability to commute relocate Kollam Kerala Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package Preferred Application Question s Do you have any experience in Hotels or Resorts How many years of experience do you have in Hotels or Resorts Location Kollam Kerala Preferred Work Location In person
