Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager- Invoice to Cash We are looking for professionals with Credit & Collections/Cash applications/Dispute management profile Responsibilities - Should have team handling experience of at least relevant years of experience - Strong Communication Skills (verbal and written) - Complete Quality checks as defined and agreed with Client Contracts - Client Management- Manage the I2C portfolio and maintain strong customer relations - Respond to customer emails related to payment / dispute/Collections queries. - Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention - Prepare and complete SOP's or Process manual as per Client & Process requirements - Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities - Perform daily internal audit Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications - B COM Graduate - Relevant work experience on Invoice to cash transactional activities - Strong English language skills (verbal and written) - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Customer service orientation - Ability to work effectively under pressure.
