Job Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Steward to join our microbrewery taproom team The ideal candidate is passionate about craft beer food service and creating memorable guest experiences As a Steward you will be responsible for serving guests guiding them through our food and beverage selections and ensuring top-notch hospitality Key Responsibilities Guest Service Greet and seat guests take orders and provide recommendations on food and craft beer pairings Beer Knowledge Educate guests about our beer selection brewing process and flavor profiles to enhance their experience Order Management Accurately relay orders to the bar and kitchen ensuring timely service Serving Presentation Serve beer and food following proper pouring and presentation standards Upselling Suggest additional menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience Cleanliness Organization Maintain a clean and organized taproom including tables bar areas and service stations Payment Processing Handle cash and card transactions ensuring accuracy and efficiency Customer Engagement Build rapport with guests handle inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally Compliance Safety Follow all health safety and alcohol service regulations ensuring responsible beverage service Qualifications Skills Prior experience as a waiter bartender or server in a brewery bar or restaurant is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently Basic math skills for handling transactions and billing Team player with a positive attitude and customer-first approach Must meet the legal age requirement for serving alcohol in the location of employment Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 200 000 00 - 300 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Panjim Goa Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 3 years Preferred Language English Preferred Location Panjim Goa Preferred Work Location In person
