Position Airport Ground Staff Company Viswamitempowersolution Location Ludhiana Punjab India Contract Full-time Viswamitempowersolution is a leading aviation company that provides a wide range of services to airlines and airports We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Airport Ground Staff to join our team at the Ludhiana Airport in Punjab India As an Airport Ground Staff you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers and ensuring the smooth operation of airport services Your main duties will include assisting passengers with check-in baggage handling security checks and boarding procedures You will also be responsible for coordinating with other airport staff and communicating important information to passengers Key Responsibilities - Greet and assist passengers with check-in procedures baggage handling and boarding processes - Conduct security checks and ensure compliance with airport regulations - Provide excellent customer service by addressing passengers inquiries and concerns - Communicate important information to passengers such as flight delays or gate changes - Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure the smooth operation of airport services - Handle special requests and accommodations for passengers with disabilities or special needs - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Adhere to all safety and security procedures at all times - Handle cash and credit card transactions for baggage fees and other services - Assist with loading and unloading baggage from aircrafts - Keep accurate records of all transactions and report any discrepancies to management - Follow company policies and procedures at all times - Attend training sessions and meetings as required Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations - Must be able to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage when necessary - Proficient in English and local language - Basic computer skills - Must pass a background check and drug test - Must have a valid driver s license If you are a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity We offer competitive salary and benefits packages as well as opportunities for career growth and development Join our team and be a part of the exciting world of aviation
