Job Description This is a remote position. Sr. Program Manager Role: Sr. Program Manager Experience: 10+ years in technology or related field, with a minimum of 5 years in project/program management.Experience with Retail Commerce is mandatory. Location: Any location in India / Remote Contract Type: Contract (6 months) Budget: 120k per month Shift Timing: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST Start Date: Immediate Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional, and technology-driven initiatives from planning through delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing global technology programs, aligning business goals with technical execution, and driving high-impact outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Roles and Responsibilities The Technical Program Manager (Outbound Logistics Technology) will apply strong project and program management principles to manage multiple work streams through their entire lifecycle planning, development, testing, deployment, and stabilisation. - Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple, complex, and interdependent technology projects. - Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams across business, product, and technology to achieve program goals. - Serve as the technical bridge between people, product, and program deep-diving into issues, facilitating problem resolution, and ensuring closure. - Manage Agile teams, driving continuous enhancements, sprint planning, retrospectives, and prioritization of key deliverables. - Identify and resolve project blockers proactively; manage risks and dependencies. - Ensure projects meet scope, budget, and timeline commitments while aligning with organizational strategy. - Maintain quarterly planning alignment, resource capacity planning, and third-party/vendor management. - Prepare and communicate program reports, status dashboards, and executive summaries. - Partner with stakeholders across NA, EMEA, APAC, and China to ensure timely delivery of global initiatives. - Provide coaching and mentorship to project managers within the program. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. - Experience with Retail Commerce. - 10+ years in technology or a related field, with 5+ years of project/program management experience. - Deep understanding of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall). - Solid grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technology architecture. - Experience managing budgets up to 1 crore (CAPEX) with strong financial forecasting skills. - Proven success managing distributed global teams across India, NAM, APAC, and EMEA. - Strong understanding of release management, deployment, and hypercare processes. - Ability to manage ambiguity, adapt quickly, and make data-driven decisions. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in resource planning, vendor management, and risk mitigation. - Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and lead through collaboration. - Strong operations mindset and commitment to delivering measurable outcomes. - Preferred: Experience managing supply chain or logistics technology programs.
