We are expanding our sales team to drive business growth in key metro markets. --- Key Responsibilities - Identify and generate new business opportunities for leased lines, broadband, and enterprise internet services. - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic B2B and B2C sales. - Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for all internet and connectivity requirements. - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings. - Prepare and deliver client-specific proposals and presentations. - Coordinate with the technical and support teams to ensure smooth post-sales onboarding and service delivery. - Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and closures through CRM tools. - Represent the company at networking events, expos, and industry meetings. --- Requirements - Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the ISP/Broadband/Telecom domain. - Good understanding of leased lines, fiber broadband, ILL, and enterprise connectivity solutions. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. - Willingness to travel locally for meetings and site visits. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. --- Perks & Benefits - Fixed salary with attractive incentive plans - Travel and mobile reimbursement - Opportunities for career growth in a fast-expanding organization - Professional training and mentoring --- To Apply: Email your resume to puja@esnpl.in with the subject line: Application for Sales Executive – Mumbai, Maharashtra.
