HCL Workload Automation is a complete, modern solution for batch and real-time workload management. It enables organizations to gain complete visibility and control over attended or unattended workloads. Offering a single point of control with dedicated interfaces to application developers, IT administrators, and operators, it provides both autonomy and precise governance, while managing business critical workloads that span hybrid environments and resources.

Summary:

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer (UI & React) within our Workload Automation Product team. We are looking for candidates with 12+ years of experience who possess the following skills: -

Btech/BE in Computer Science or related technical field or proof of exceptional skills in related fields with practical software engineering experience.

Required Primary Technical Skills:

Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like React, Redux and Saga and server-side languages Java.

Good at any database technology as MySQL, Oracle, DB2, Informix

Good at designing and developing APIs

Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.

Ensure the ability of handling end to end development owning the task

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders

Good problem-solving skills.

Ability to troubleshoot and debug, employ the latest technology to rebuild the legacy apps

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools Git

Collaborate with Engineering team across locations to design and launch new features

Experience in Solutioning, Design and Architecture

Ability to provide Technical leadership to the frontend development team

Experience in leading small teams to achieve successful delivery outcomes
