About the Role :

As a Python Full Stack Developer - Team Lead, you will be instrumental in guiding the technical direction and execution of our web application development projects.

You will be responsible for leading a team of talented developers, ensuring best practices are followed, conducting code reviews, and contributing significantly to the design, development, and deployment of our solutions.

Your role will bridge the gap between technical execution and team management, driving both individual and collective success.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Mentorship :

- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of full-stack developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

- Provide technical guidance, conduct regular code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural principles.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.

Full Stack Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Python with frameworks like Django or Flask.

- Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks such as React.js or Angular.

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end components.

Database Management :

- Design, implement, and optimize database schemas and queries using relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.

- Ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability of database solutions.

Cloud & DevOps :

- Deploy, manage, and scale applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployment.

- Utilize Docker for containerization and ensure consistent development and production environments.

Code Quality & Best Practices :

- Champion software development best practices, including test-driven development (TDD), clean code, and design patterns.

- Ensure comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end testing coverage.

- Manage source code effectively using Git and collaborative platforms (e., GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).

Problem Solving & Architecture :

- Act as a key problem-solver, troubleshooting complex technical issues across the full stack.

- Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of solutions.

- Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the development lifecycle.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality products.

- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Must-Have Skills :

- Python : Expert-level proficiency in Python programming.

- Web Frameworks : Strong hands-on experience with Django or Flask.

- Front-End Frameworks : Proven experience with React.js or Angular.

- Databases : Solid expertise in PostgreSQL or MySQL (database design, query optimization).

- Cloud Platforms : Experience with deploying and managing applications on AWS or Azure.

- Full Stack Development : Demonstrated ability to work across the entire application stack.

- Team Leadership : Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and guiding development teams.

- Code Review : Strong ability to conduct effective code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- CI/CD : Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines.

- Git : Proficient in using Git for version control
