Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Title Supply Chain Co-ordinator Company Livestock Solutions Pvt Ltd Location Rajpura Punjab Department Supply Chain Operations Reports To Plant Head Job Summary The Supply Chain Co-ordinator at Livestock Solutions Pvt Ltd will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain including inventory management warehousing and distribution This role ensures the efficient storage handling and movement of raw materials and finished goods while maintaining cost-effectiveness compliance and operational efficiency Key Responsibilities Logistics Management Plan coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations including transportation shipment tracking and delivery scheduling Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics and reduce costs Collaborate with vendors transporters and internal teams to ensure timely and safe deliveries Resolve any transportation and delivery issues that arise Warehouse Inventory Management Oversee warehouse operations including receiving storing and dispatching goods Maintain accurate inventory records ensuring real-time tracking and stock control Implement warehouse safety and security procedures to prevent losses Optimize storage space and ensure efficient warehouse layout and organization Conduct regular stock audits and implement FIFO First In First Out and LIFO Last In First Out systems as required Process Improvement Compliance Ensure adherence to industry regulations company policies and safety standards Implement best practices for logistics and warehouse management to enhance efficiency Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation Develop and maintain standard operating procedures SOPs for warehouse and logistics operations Team Management Coordination Lead and supervise warehouse and logistics teams ensuring effective workforce management Train staff on warehouse operations inventory control and safety procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement sales and quality control to align logistics operations with business goals Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field 5 years of experience in logistics warehousing or supply chain management preferably in the manufacturing or agricultural sector Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems Understanding of transportation laws safety regulations and warehouse best practices Preferred Qualifications Experience in the feed or agriculture industry Knowledge of lean warehousing and supply chain optimization techniques Familiarity with Tally and other inventory management tools Compensation Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Performance-based incentives Provident Fund ESI and other statutory benefits as per company policy Professional development opportunities How to Apply Interested candidates can send their resumes to hr nutricanafeed com with the subject line Application for Supply Chain Co-ordinator Livestock Solutions Pvt Ltd is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace Job Type Full-time Pay 21 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
