Job Title: Solution Architect (Salesforce) Experience: 11+ Years Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (IST) Location: Remote Salary Date : 15th of every month. Budget : 90K Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with 11+ years of expertise to lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce architecture, advanced experience with Salesforce modules, and certifications to validate their skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce capabilities are effectively aligned with the company's strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high-quality design and development practices. - Design scalable, high-performance Salesforce applications while adhering to Salesforce best practices and guidelines. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions. - Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure Salesforce solutions are aligned with performance, scalability, and security best practices. - Oversee the full application lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. - Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flows and functionality. - Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to Salesforce development teams. - Conduct regular assessments of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet the organization’s evolving needs. Required Skills and Qualifications: - 11+ years of overall experience in IT, with at least 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect. - Deep knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and others. - Expertise in designing complex Salesforce solutions, with a focus on scalability and performance. - Experience in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems using various integration patterns (REST, SOAP, etc.). - Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. - Familiarity with cloud architecture, including experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is preferred. - Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and leading solution delivery teams. - Strong understanding of security protocols, data governance, and Salesforce data modeling best practices. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. Salesforce Certifications: - Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (Preferred) - Salesforce Certified Application Architect - Salesforce Certified System Architect - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II - Salesforce Certified Administrator
