About the Role We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to design implement and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions that align with our business goals The ideal candidate will lead the architecture and technical strategy for Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Experience Cloud and integrations with enterprise systems Key Responsibilities Define and design end-to-end Salesforce architecture and ensure alignment with business objectives Lead the technical design sessions and provide architectural guidance to Salesforce developers and administrators Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using Salesforce best practices Oversee data modeling integration design and system performance optimization Manage Salesforce environments release management and DevOps pipelines Ensure adherence to security compliance and governance standards Collaborate with stakeholders project managers and business analysts to deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed in Apex Lightning Web Components LWC and integration development Stay up to date with Salesforce product releases emerging technologies and architectural patterns Required Skills Experience Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field 8 12 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce architecture and solution design Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Experience Cloud and Apex LWC development Strong experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems REST SOAP APIs Middleware Mulesoft etc Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools Copado Gearset Jenkins Git Solid understanding of Salesforce security model data architecture and governor limits Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect preferred Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage technical teams and client stakeholders
