Job Description Description The Relationship Manager for City Union Bank's Bancassurance division will be responsible for managing client relationships, promoting bancassurance products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs. - Promote and sell bancassurance products to existing and prospective customers. - Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction. - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities. - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on products and services offered. - Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting bancassurance. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or a related role. - Strong understanding of bancassurance products and financial services. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.
