Must Have: - Minimum 8 years of experience in IT in various roles of Developer, Technical Lead, Technical Architect - 5+ years of recent hands-on experience with Sitecore; 2+ years of recent hands-on experience with Sitecore 10.x - Experience with all aspects of Sitecore development and deployment - Experience on MVC, Search solutions, upgrades - Experience with Sitecore on Azure, Managed Services, or any other cloud - Experience with Sitecore as headless, Sitecore XM cloud, serialization - Experience with products apart from CMS such as Personalize, Content Hub, Search etc. - Experience on Devops with Sitecore - Must have performed role of a Technical Architect for a Sitecore implementation program - Must be able to design solutions with Sitecore and engage effectively in discussion of solutions with client - Capable of leading a team of developers for Sitecore implementations from scratch - Strong capability of understanding solutions holistically & engage in clients discussions - Must have excellent communication skills - Must possess thought leadership and strong analytical thinking - Strong foundational experience in ASP.NET MVC Good to have: - Exposure to AI, Sitecore Stream - Knowledge/ Experience with AI, Agile methodologies - Experience in preparing proposals response, client presentations Location: Pan India
