Must Have:- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT in various roles of Developer, Technical Lead, Technical Architect- 5+ years of recent hands-on experience with Sitecore; 2+ years of recent hands-on experience with Sitecore 10.x- Experience with all aspects of Sitecore development and deployment- Experience on MVC, Search solutions, upgrades- Experience with Sitecore on Azure, Managed Services, or any other cloud- Experience with Sitecore as headless, Sitecore XM cloud, serialization- Experience with products apart from CMS such as Personalize, Content Hub, Search etc.- Experience on Devops with Sitecore- Must have performed role of a Technical Architect for a Sitecore implementation program- Must be able to design solutions with Sitecore and engage effectively in discussion of solutions with client- Capable of leading a team of developers for Sitecore implementations from scratch- Strong capability of understanding solutions holistically & engage in clients discussions- Must have excellent communication skills- Must possess thought leadership and strong analytical thinking- Strong foundational experience in ASP.NET MVCGood to have:- Exposure to AI, Sitecore Stream- Knowledge/ Experience with AI, Agile methodologies- Experience in preparing proposals response, client presentationsLocation: Pan India
