We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager with deep expertise in steel industry FLAT STEEL sales and a strong track record in client acquisition The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying pursuing and closing high-value enterprise deals across industrial sectors Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition Business Development- Identify and target new enterprise clients in manufacturing infrastructure automotive and construction sectors - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand customer base - Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in client organizations Sales Strategy Execution - Drive end-to-end sales cycle lead generation proposal development negotiation and closure - Collaborate with internal teams supply chain finance technical to deliver customized solutions - Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to refine sales approach Revenue amp Performance Management - Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets - Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools - Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership Required Skills Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Engineering Business or related field MBA preferred - Minimum 8 years of experience in steel sales with at least 3 years in enterprise- level client acquisition - Strong network within the steel-consuming industries - Excellent negotiation presentation and communication skills - Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales management Preferred Attributes - Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality ref updazz com
