Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across platforms like Meta Google and others to achieve business goals Manage advertising budgets with a minimum of 1 lakh per client on Meta ads and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and scale performance Analyze data to identify trends insights and opportunities for campaign optimization Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy Stay updated on platform changes industry trends and competitor strategies Monitor KPIs such as CTR CPC ROAS and CPA and create actionable reports for stakeholders Conduct A B testing on creatives audiences and bidding strategies to improve performance Implement and oversee tracking mechanisms to ensure accurate attribution and measurement Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals Train and mentor junior team members in best practices and platform strategies Qualifications Any bachelor degree 2 years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns Expertise in Meta Ads Manager Google Ads and other paid advertising platforms Experience handling a minimum ad budget of 1 lakh per client in Meta ads Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics Data Studio and Excel Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms particularly Shopify Proven success in driving results for eCommerce brands Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Chalakudi Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s What is the Maximum monthly Ad spend handled in Meta Ads Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Lead generation 1 year Preferred E-Commerce 2 years Preferred Digital marketing 2 years Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
