  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in planning and executing recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate job postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct initial interviews and manage candidate communications.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation processes.

2. Employee Relations

  • Support conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.

3.Performance Management

  • Assist with performance appraisal processes and documentation.
  • Monitor probationary periods and performance improvement plans.
  • Help identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
