Role Overview The Relationship Executive Sales will drive awareness of stem cell banking, build strong relationships with doctors and hospitals, generate leads, counsel prospective parents, and convert them into clients. The role involves field visits, presentations, documentation, and coordination for smooth service delivery. Key Responsibilities - Visit doctors, hospitals, and nursing homes for lead generation and relationship building. - Counsel expectant parents and provide product presentations. - Promote diagnostics and company services; maintain flyer stands and drop boxes. - Update leads and daily activities on CRM. - Enroll clients, manage documentation, collect payments, and coordinate logistics. - Share market insights and competition updates as required. Key Requirements - Any Graduate/Postgraduate (Science/Pharma preferred). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to work in field sales and meet targets. - Proactive, energetic, and ready to take on challenges.
