Job SummaryThe Event Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning promoting and executing marketing events that enhance brand awareness engage target audiences and drive business goals This role blends creativity logistics and communication to deliver memorable experiences across trade shows product launches webinars and promotional activations Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement marketing strategies for events- Coordinate all event logistics including venue catering dcor transportation and equipment- Collaborate with internal teams sales design PR to align messaging and goals- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts- Create promotional materials and manage event-related social media campaigns- Monitor event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness- Track event performance metrics and prepare post-event reports- Conduct market research to identify trends and audience preferences- Ensure compliance with health safety and legal regulations- Handle attendee communications and feedback collectionQualifications - Bachelor s degree in marketing Communications Event Management or related field- 2-4 years of experience in event planning or marketing coordination- Familiarity with event management software e g Cvent Eventbrite -Strong understanding of branding and promotional strategiesSkills Required - Excellent organizational and project management skills- Strong written and verbal communication- Creative mindset with attention to detail- Ability to multitask and work under pressure- Proficiency in social media and basic design tools e g Canva Adobe Spark ref updazz com
