Job Description About the Role The Corporate Events, Gifting & Procurement Executive will be responsible for planning and executing corporate events, managing end-to-end corporate gifting solutions, and handling procurement of gifts, event materials, and related services. The role involves coordination with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities Corporate Events - Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events such as client meets, annual celebrations, offsites, launches, conferences, and employee engagement activities. - Prepare event concepts, budgets, timelines, and checklists; ensure all milestones and deliverables are met. - Coordinate with venues, decorators, caterers, AV vendors, photographers, and other service providers. - Manage event registrations, invitations, RSVP tracking, on-ground execution, and post-event feedback. - Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all event collaterals and experiences. Corporate Gifting - Understand client and internal requirements and propose suitable gift concepts, hampers, and themes for festivals, milestones, onboarding, rewards, and recognition. - Curate, shortlist, and finalise products and packaging as per budget, brand positioning, and timelines. - Customise gifts with branding (logo, tags, cards, sleeves, etc.) and coordinate approvals for designs. - Manage order processing, sample approvals, quality checks, packaging, dispatch, and delivery follow-ups. - Maintain a catalogue/database of standard hampers, seasonal collections, and vendor offerings. - Handle end-to-end procurement of gifts, merchandise, event materials, and related services. - Raise purchase requests, obtain and compare quotations, and prepare cost sheets.
