Job Summary We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Finance Accounts Manager to oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience managing accounting functions statutory compliance and financial reporting with hands-on experience in cash flow planning banking coordination and export-import finance Key Responsibilities Cash Flow Management 1 Prepare and monitor weekly monthly cash flow forecasts 2 Optimize working capital management to ensure timely availability of funds 3 Manage fund flow across multiple bank accounts and business units 4 Forecast short-term and long-term cash requirements Banking Financial Institution Liaison 1 Maintain strong working relationships with bankers for working capital limits forex and term loans 2 Handle documentation and compliance for LC BG PCFC FDBP facilities 3 Ensure timely submission of CMA data stock statements and other periodic bank reports 4 Coordinate for bank audits and credit rating assessments 5 Export Import Documentation Compliance 6 Manage end-to-end export and import documentation including shipping bills invoices LUT AD code and BRC 7 Ensure compliance with FEMA RBI guidelines and DGFT regulations 8 Reconcile export proceeds and monitor timely realization of export receivables Financial Statement Preparation Finalization 1 Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards 2 Coordinate with external internal auditors for timely finalization and audit completion 3 Maintain chart of accounts ledger scrutiny and period-end adjustments Compliance Management TDS GST Income Tax 1 Timely filing of GST returns GSTR-1 3B annual TDS returns and reconciliation with books 2 Ensure proper tax deductions remittances and reporting 3 Handle notices assessments and liaison with consultants or departments Accounts Receivable Payable Management 1 Monitor ageing reports and ensure timely collections from customers 2 Process vendor payments as per agreed credit terms while optimizing working capital 3 Perform periodic reconciliation of receivable payable accounts Stakeholder Coordination Reporting 1 Interface with statutory auditors tax consultants banks and other regulatory bodies 2 Provide management with financial MIS variance reports and actionable insights 3 Assist in budgeting cost control and profitability analysis Required Skills Competencies 1 Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards GST TDS and Export Regulations 2 Proficiency in Tally ERP Excel and banking platforms 3 Excellent communication and negotiation skills 4 Ability to work independently and manage a small team 5 High integrity and analytical mindset Educational Qualification CA M Com MBA Finance CA Inter Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
