Job description Job Title General Manager - Two Wheeler Dealer Location Gandhinagar Department Sales Operations Reports To Director Managing Director Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day dealership operations including sales service spare parts and finance Drive business growth by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies Ensure smooth coordination between departments for seamless customer experience Develop and achieve monthly annual sales and profitability targets Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to design strategies Implement customer relationship management to enhance retention and loyalty Ensure highest standards of customer satisfaction across sales and service touchpoints Address escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly Lead motivate and mentor sales service and support teams to achieve performance goals Conduct regular training and performance reviews to build a high-performing workforce Manage budgets P L statements and dealership financial performance Ensure compliance with statutory and manufacturer s requirements Control expenses and optimize resource utilization Identify new business opportunities and expansion plans Build partnerships with banks financial institutions for vehicle loans and financing solutions Strengthen brand presence through effective promotions and events Key Skills Competencies Strong leadership and decision-making skills In-depth knowledge of automobile sales after-sales service and dealership operations Excellent customer relationship management Strong financial acumen and P L management Effective communication and negotiation skills Strategic thinking with problem-solving abilities Qualifications Experience Bachelor s Master s degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or related field 3-5 years of experience in the automobile industry with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets in dealership operations Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month
