On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. What you’ll do: - Optimize the product funnel on the NowNow consumer app, with the primary objective of increasing conversion to transactions - Develop the strategy for the NowNow consumer app and translate it into a product roadmap with an objective approach - Understand consumer behavior and problems in detail and come up with solutions to provide a delightful user experience - Define the MVP to test your hypothesis, and use learnings from your test to evolve it into a sustainable product feature - Act as a link between the NowNow business team and tech, translating business needs into detailed product requirements - Write clear and detailed user stories and product requirements, which will be used by business, design, and tech to understand, agree upon and execute the feature - Collaborate with key stakeholders from growth, sales, engineering, design, and data to drive key initiatives on the product What you’ll need: - Masters degree in Management or a similar field - 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role with a quick delivery platform - A dedicated individual who has the drive to constantly learn and come up with new ideas - An individual who has strong problem solving and teams skills - An individual who works collaboratively and is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment - Avid curiosity and passion to take on tough challenges - Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements - Product management experience with large scale consumer apps is a big plus - Experience with React Native is a big plus - An individual who has strong problem solving, communication, and teams skills - An individual who works collaboratively and is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment - Avid curiosity and passion to take on tough challenges - Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements - Hands-on experience in SQL / Big query or any programming language is preferable - Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities - Advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge Who will excel? - We’re looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment. - We’re searching for problem solvers, people who operate with a bias for action and have a deep understanding of the importance of resourcefulness over reliance. - Candor is our only default.
