Job Title Finance Manager Department Finance Accounts Reports to Managing Director Job Summary The Finance Manager will oversee the company s financial health by managing accounting operations preparing financial reports ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and supporting strategic decision-making This role requires strong analytical skills leadership ability and deep knowledge of finance taxation and corporate laws Key Responsibilities 1 Financial Planning Reporting Prepare analyze and present monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Develop annual budgets forecasts and variance analysis reports Provide insights and recommendations to management for business decisions 2 Accounting Compliance Oversee daily accounting operations including AP AR payroll and general ledger Ensure compliance with statutory regulations Income Tax GST PF ESI ROC filings etc Coordinate with statutory auditors tax consultants and government authorities 3 Cash Flow Treasury Management Monitor and manage cash flow to meet operational requirements Optimize working capital and manage banking relationships Review and approve vendor payments and collections strategy 4 Internal Controls Process Improvement Establish and maintain robust internal control systems Implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency Prevent and detect financial fraud or irregularities 5 Team Leadership Lead train and supervise the finance team Ensure timely completion of finance-related tasks by the team Build a culture of accuracy integrity and accountability Qualifications Skills Education CA CMA MBA Finance or equivalent qualification Experience 5 years of experience in finance and accounts with at least 3 years in a managerial role Experience in manufacturing trading service industries preferred Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of accounting standards taxation and corporate compliance Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency in accounting software Tally ERP SAP etc and MS Excel Strong communication and leadership abilities High integrity and attention to detail Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
