Company Overview Indra Shakti Ventures LLP is a purpose-driven FMCG company reimagining India s food and beverage landscape through brands rooted in heritage health and sustainability Guided by the philosophy Bharat ke liye Bharat mein it blends indigenous innovation with modern consumer aspirations Its flagship brand SW H revives India s heirloom rice varieties while empowering rural farmers and Hado pioneers functional beverages crafted with natural botanicals and adaptogens for mindful social drinking Together they embody Indra Shakti s mission to balance commerce with conscience nurturing Bharat s wellbeing one product at a time About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator with strong FMCG experience to manage day-to-day logistics operations across D2C e-commerce marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Mumbai-based distribution last-mile partners inventory accuracy dispatch planning and SLA compliance Key Responsibilities 1 Order Fulfillment Dispatch Manage daily order processing for D2C websites marketplaces Amazon Flipkart etc and Q-commerce partners Blinkit Zepto Instamart Coordinate with warehouse teams for picking packing and timely dispatch Monitor same-day and next-day dispatch SLAs especially for Q-commerce 2 Logistics Transportation Schedule pickups and coordinate with logistics partners Delhivery Bluedart Xpressbees Shadowfax etc Track shipments handle escalations and ensure On-Time Delivery OTD Optimise logistics cost through consolidation and route planning 3 Inventory Warehouse Coordination Maintain accurate inventory levels for multiple channels Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure FIFO stock rotation and quality checks Reconcile GRNs returns and damages 4 Marketplace QC Operations Manage inwarding replenishments and RTV Return to Vendor for quick-commerce dark stores Ensure correct cataloguing packaging standards and labelling as per partner guidelines Monitor platform performance dashboards for SLA compliance 5 Documentation Reporting Maintain daily MIS for orders shipments costs delays cancellations and returns Prepare weekly reports on logistics KPIs OTD RTO QC fill rates inventory accuracy Requirements Key Requirements 2-5 years of logistics experience in FMCG mandatory Strong understanding of D2C e-commerce and quick-commerce operations Hands-on experience with shipping aggregators warehouse coordination and SLAs Proficiency with Excel Google Sheets dashboards and order management systems Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume operational environment Strong communication problem-solving and vendor management skills Preferred Experience Worked with high-velocity FMCG or food products Experience with cold chain if applicable Worked with OMS WMS platforms like Vinculum Unicommerce EasyEcom or Zoho
