Experience : 6+ Location : Pune Mode of Work : Onsite Duration : 12 months (starting January 2026) Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document functional requirements for manufacturing processes involving Project Systems (PS) and integrations with external MES systems. - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end integration for intercompany trade flows involving multiple legal entities. - Develop functional specifications, process flows, and to-be solution designs in SAP S/4HANA aligned with SAP best practices. - Coordinate with technical teams and system integrators to design, build, test, and implement solutions. - Prepare and execute SIT and UAT test scripts, track defects, and ensure timely resolution. - Support data migration, cutover planning, execution, and post-go-live hypercare. - Ensure adherence to project governance standards and timelines. Qualification: - Proven track record of full-cycle SAP implementations, upgrades, or rollouts, primarily as a Production Planning (PP) designer or similar role. - Deep knowledge of system integrations across SAP modules such as PS, MM, SD, FICO, and external MES systems. - Extensive experience implementing ETO, MTO, and MTS business scenarios covering both Plant and Product dimensions. - Strong expertise in PP configuration and development, including interfaces to other platforms. - Solid understanding of master data for manufacturing operations and Engineering Change Management (ECM), including BOM, operations, and variant configurations. - Ability to innovate and transform complex business challenges into scalable SAP S/4 PP solutions while maintaining a clean core SAP environment. - Familiarity with SAP Advanced Intercompany Sales functionality is preferred. - Practical experience in international multi-tier landscapes involving project sales through selling, trading, and producing companies. - Hands-on experience in data migration, testing methodologies, tools, and processes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
