Purchase Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Associate to manage procurement activities for our Luxury Holiday Homes The ideal candidate will ensure timely sourcing cost-effective purchasing and smooth inventory flow to support day-to-day operations Key Responsibilities Source evaluate and negotiate with vendors for quality products and services Manage purchase orders quotations and approvals Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment Ensure timely delivery of materials supplies and equipment Maintain vendor relationships and update price lists Inspect received goods for quality and accuracy Coordinate with housekeeping maintenance and operations teams for requirements Maintain procurement records and documentation Monitor budgets and reduce unnecessary expenses Support audits and compliance with company standards Requirements Proven experience in purchasing or procurement hospitality preferred Strong negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of vendor management and local markets Proficiency in MS Excel and basic inventory systems Attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 24 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Siolim Goa Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package Required Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Purchasing 1 year Preferred Language English Required Hindi Preferred License Certification Driving Licence Preferred Work Location In person
