Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Construction Deputy Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects from planning to completion The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the required quality standards and safety benchmarks are met Oversee planning procurement resource management and execution phases for residential commercial or mixed-use developments Key Responsibilities 1 Project Planning Coordination Prepare detailed project execution plans schedules using tools and work breakdown structures WBS Conduct kick-off meetings with internal teams architects consultants and contractors 2 Site Management Daily site oversight to ensure adherence to drawings safety protocols and quality standards Coordinate with contractors subcontractors site engineers and vendors for efficient execution 3 Procurement Management Manage BOQ preparation vendor selection material procurement and logistics Negotiate contracts and manage timelines for deliveries 4 Material Estimation Budgeting Prepare detailed cost estimates based on architectural and structural drawings Track consumption reconcile materials and manage deviations 5 Execution Monitoring Drive progress according to schedule with weekly milestone reviews Implement quality checks and ensure compliance with structural and MEP specifications 6 Reporting Documentation Generate weekly monthly progress reports cost tracking and variation statements Maintain site logs inspection records and as-built documentation 7 Stakeholder Communication Regular coordination with project clients consultants authorities and financial controllers Handle escalations and corrective actions Selection Criteria Essential Qualifications B E B Tech in Civil Engineering Minimum 15 years experience in in Civil Finishing work Experience of Ultra high end finishing works Experience to include monitoring of MEP works Candidate should have completed minimum 5 projects from start to finish Technical Skills Billing Estimation Strong knowledge of structural systems RCC detailing MEP coordination Costing BOQ and rate analysis expertise Strong safety and quality management understanding Soft Skills Leadership team coordination Negotiation conflict resolution Communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders Decision-making under pressure Job Type Full-time Pay 8 40- 10 LPA Industry Construction Engineering Work Location Sivasagar Assam Job Type Full-time Pay 70 000 00 - 85 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Sibsagar Assam Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Assistant Project Manager 10 years Preferred Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
