Key Responsibilities: o Analyze business cases and process definition documents – Work closely with business users to gather and understand requirements. o Create a solution design document – Define technical specifications for new projects developed by the CoE Team. o Develop new automations – Follow the best practices framework to ensure efficiency and scalability. o Maintain documentation – Keep testing scripts, deployment scripts, release notes, change logs for each deployment, knowledge base scripts, logging records using CoE task bots, detailed technical documentation for automation projects, and proper code comments updated. o Support existing automations. o Train and support citizen developers and their automations. o Monitor automations and take proper actions with citizen developers in case of failures, or plan corrective actions if it's an automation under our responsibility. o Conduct UAT tests and code reviews with citizen developers. o Deploy automations to production after approval. o Be proactive to avoid issues and enhance performance and outcomes from automations. o Document findings in detail on Jira stories, including RCA for reported issues. o Follow automation best practices, implementing using the best techniques and methodologies. - Ticket management: Level 1 and 2 support tickets via ITSM tool with a 24-hour SLA. - Documentation: Ensure proper documentation of automation development stages and review documentation from citizen developers to meet requirements. - Agile environment: Work with Jira; senior resource also serves as Scrum Master Work location - Ahmedabad/Noida/Pune/Indore/Bangalore We are looking immediate to 30 days Joiner
