Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-orientedVideographer & Motion Graphic Designerto join our team. This role requires someone who can conceptualize, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video content across platforms. You will be working closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce compelling brand stories, product videos, social media reels, corporate films, and motion graphics that engage and inspire our audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, social media, events, and brand initiatives.
- Create engagingmotion graphics, animations, and visual effectsaligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the creative/marketing team to understand project requirements and bring concepts to life.
- Manage theend-to-end production process from pre-production (storyboarding, scripting, shot planning) to post-production (editing, sound design, color correction).
- Ensure all video outputs are optimized for various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Stay updated with industry trends, editing tools, and design techniques to push creative boundaries.
- Organize and maintain video equipment and digital assets.

Qualification/ Skills

- Bachelors degree/diploma inFilm, Multimedia, Animation, Design, or related fields(preferred, not mandatory if portfolio is strong).
- 1-2 years experience as avideographer/video editor/motion graphics designerwith a strong portfolio/reel.
- Proficiency inAdobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting setups, and sound recording.
- Strong eye for design, color, and storytelling.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for visual storytelling.
