Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop online learning materials, courses, and training videos.

Create visually appealing motion graphics and animations.

Ensure design consistency across digital learning modules.

Collaborate with teams for seamless design integration.

Develop interactive prototypes and test design effectiveness.

Requirements:

24 years of experience in motion design.

Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.

Strong portfolio showcasing animations (preferred).

Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).

Knowledge of motion design trends and emerging technologies.
