Skills Requirement: - Strong written communication skills, including excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation, for effective chat interactions. - Strong interpersonal and listening skills. - Must possess excellent verbal communication skills (for internal communication and training purposes, though primary external communication is chat). - Proven customer service background. - Ability to take quick decisions and respond promptly to customer inquiries. - Problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively and efficiently. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. QUALIFICATION: - Graduate or Undergraduate.
