Job Description Azure DevOps (SRE): - Azure core services Site Reliability Engineer who can implement and drive SRE discipline in the project. Tool Evaluation: - Evaluates emerging SRE tools and stays updated on the infrastructure tool and solution. Monitoring and Alerting: - Designs and configures proactive monitoring and alerting systems to ensure high availability and performance of services. Incident Management: - Leads incident response efforts, performs root cause analysis, and ensures post-incident reviews and action items are addressed. CI/CD Pipeline Management: - Builds and maintains efficient Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines to automate code delivery and reduce deployment risks. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): - Uses tools like ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform to manage infrastructure provisioning and updates. Performance Optimization: - Identifies performance bottlenecks and implements scalable solutions across cloud services. Security and Compliance: - Ensures all systems follow security best practices, manages access control, and aligns with regulatory compliance. Capacity Planning: - Analyzes system metrics and usage trends to forecast capacity needs and support system scaling decisions. Collaboration and Documentation: - Works closely with development and operations teams to implement DevOps practices and documents procedures, configurations, and runbooks.
