Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Production Manager to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily production activities ensuring quality standards minimizing downtime and supporting continuous process improvements Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day production operations in the glass processing unit Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining product quality and efficiency Coordinate with planning quality control and maintenance teams to streamline operations Implement and monitor SOPs 5S and lean manufacturing practices Maintain accurate production records and generate daily weekly monthly reports Supervise and train production staff and workers Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements in processes or machinery Required Qualifications Skills Diploma Degree in Mechanical Production or Industrial Engineering or a related field Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or glass processing industries Strong knowledge of production planning machine operation and manpower handling Ability to read technical drawings and specifications Familiar with quality control tools and lean manufacturing techniques Good leadership communication and team management skills Basic knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office Job Type Full-time Pay 38 309 14 - 40 777 22 per month Benefits Food provided Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
