About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Asst. Mgr. / Manager to lead our Talent Acquisition function in a high-growth software development environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in full-cycle IT recruitment, strong leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to attract, engage, and onboard top talent across Web and Mobile Application technologies.
You will play a pivotal role in building hiring strategies, improving recruitment operations, mentoring the TA team, and driving excellence in technical hiring across multiple domains and business units.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment operations for technical and non-technical roles, with a strong focus on Web and Mobile app developers, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, Sales, Marketing and Product teams.
- Partner with department heads, delivery teams, and senior leadership to forecast hiring needs, define role requirements, and align talent acquisition strategies accordingly.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, including active/passive sourcing, talent mapping, employer branding, campus hiring, employee referrals, and vendor partnerships.
- Drive team performance by setting clear KPIs, managing recruitment dashboards, and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Ensure timely closures of positions with high-quality candidate experience and strong offer-to-join conversion ratios.
- Lead a team of recruiters by coaching, motivating, and building a performance-driven culture.
- Review and optimize recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, assessments, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company hiring practices, internal policies, and diversity/inclusion initiatives.
- Build strong talent pipelines for future business growth and leadership roles.
- Present periodic hiring reports, metrics, and insights to senior management.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically within the IT / Software / Product Engineering domain.
- Proven experience in leading mid-to-large sized recruitment teams.
- Strong understanding of various technical stacks (e.g., MERN/MEAN, Android/iOS, .NET, Python, DevOps, QA, UI/UX, etc.).
- Proficiency in using modern ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment automation technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation abilities.
- A strategic thinker who can also roll up sleeves and manage hands-on hiring when needed.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. MBA in HR is a plus.
