Position Overview LurnEx Skill Tech Pvt Ltd is looking for a confident dynamic and result-oriented Female Admission Manager to manage and execute the student admission process from inquiry to enrollment The ideal candidate must have a strong educational background exceptional communication skills and a passion for working in the education sector This position offers an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to grow in a structured and professional environment Key Responsibilities Manage the complete admission process from initial inquiry to final enrollment Handle walk-in phone and online inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Counsel students and parents to help them choose appropriate programs and courses Follow up with leads to achieve admission and conversion targets Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for campaigns events and student onboarding Maintain student records admission data and CRM entries accurately Prepare regular admission updates and performance reports for management Ensure a welcoming and supportive environment for students and parents Qualifications Experience MBA candidates preferred however bachelor s degree holders are also encouraged to apply Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Experienced candidates with a background in admissions counseling or customer service will be given preference Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills Strong organizational ability and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications Female candidates preferred Immediate joiners will be given priority Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 180 000 00 - 550 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
