About Enfinity Global Enfinity Global is a purpose-driven company focused on making a positive impact on the planet by helping companies governments and individuals transition to a carbon-free and sustainable economy Our role as a leading IPP is to develop finance build operate and own decarbonization assets in the long term in Europe Asia and the Americas through our offices in the USA Spain Italy UK Netherlands India and Japan Our team of over 350 Enfiniters comprises seasoned finance professionals as well as experienced project developers and operators with extensive industry experience across all stages of the project life cycle We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners About the Role Enfinity Global is looking for Associate - Power System Studies with minimum one year experience who will be responsible for Support management of all interconnection activities through full life cycle of application development and construction of solar PV storage projects in MISO PJM SPP WECC and ERCOT Track ISO Utility transmission expansion plans resource plans and interconnection regulations as they evolve Support the preparation and filing of interconnection requests Support as needed in power system modelling include injection studies load flow studies and curtailment studies The candidate should have a deep knowledge of Electrical Engineering with a special focus on Power Systems and Power Electronics The candidate shall be able to perform their activities complying with International Standards This opportunity has a strong project management strategic planning component broaden horizons enhance skills and candidates will be managing project timelines cross-functional teams in cooperation with other members of the teams based in India and US Our final candidate will require strong negotiation communication time management analytical skills a high level of proactivity and be comfortable working in a very dynamic environment and with highly expansive growth strategies Requirements Key responsibilities Skills Interconnection filing Power System Modelling and Analysis Report writing Analytical Thinking Qualifications experience Organized and meticulous person High level of negotiation skills Ability to set manage and track multiple priorities and related details Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment This position is based in India Advanced user of Microsoft Package Excel PowerPoint etc Fluent in English professional vocabulary is a must Creative thinker trying to find new ways of doing things Hands-on mentality and focus on getting things done Taking ownership and wanting to get things right In Enfinity Global you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries Here we will foster your professional and personal growth and you will have the opportunity to actively contribute and make a real impact on climate change Let s build our future together
