Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Manager Interconnection. The Manager Interconnection will be responsible for overseeing and managing the interconnection process for solar and storage projects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with utility providers, conducting feasibility studies, analyzing interconnection options, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role also involves working closely with engineering teams, managing timelines, and addressing any potential interconnection challenges.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of utility interconnection processes and regulations
  • Experience in conducting feasibility studies and analysis for interconnection
  • Technical knowledge of solar PV and battery energy storage systems (BESS)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field is preferred
  • Experience with AI-enabled tools and technologies is a plus
