Job Description
We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Office Admin to handle administrative and back-office tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and Gujarati, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle correspondence, maintain records, and organize files.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Support the management team with scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other office materials.
- Address inquiries professionally and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate (English medium).
- Experience: 1 2 years in an administrative or back-office role.
- Proficiency in English and Gujarati (written and spoken).
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Professional demeanor and problem-solving attitude
