Location: Ahmadabad, Gujarat
Job Type: Full-time | In-person
We are hiring a Back Office Executive to manage administrative tasks and support front-desk operations. The role involves handling calls, greeting visitors, managing correspondence, and assisting with data entry, scheduling, and record-keeping. The candidate will also support telecalling activities, follow up with customers, and maintain reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and greet visitors.
- Maintain records, logs, and correspondence.
- Assist HR/Admin with reports, scheduling, and office coordination.
- Support telecalling and follow-ups to achieve targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate (preferred) with 1–3 years' experience in telecalling, reception, or admin roles.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (mandatory).
- Strong communication, multitasking, and MS Office/Google Sheets skills.
- Professional attitude with customer service orientation.
