We are looking to scale rapidly in Bengaluru over the coming weeks and months. Role Description This is a full time role for a BTL Marketing Manager. The BTL Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing below-the-line marketing activities which include events, promotions, and direct marketing strategies. The role will also involve building a team to drive the activities. This role requires on-site work and is located in Bengaluru. The role is a founding team member role and will work directly with the co-founders. If you join us, we can offer a pathway to upskill and also move into other parts of the business. Qualifications - Proven experience in planning and executing events and promotions - Strong skills in direct marketing strategies - Ability to analyze and measure the effectiveness of BTL campaigns - Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
